I picked one by random, which was a talk to a swede, Janne Larsson, who had been sailing around the world. Great I thought. This will be some true inspiration. ⛵🌊🌏
Off it went, and the more I heard of the story, the more I knew it from somewhere...
Then I remembered!
Of course this was the man I met in Ellös, Sweden at Hallsberg Rassy boat yard.
Maybe around 2014...
And I remembered that he was the one promoting a book that day. Together with his sailing buddy. Yeeeees I happen to buy it.
And got it signed from the blokes.
The book was their sailing story from there sail trip around the world.
I remembered I couldn't believe the thing they'd done, by then, I was sure it was only for some people... 😇

And I am right now realising that Andy & Mia were there as well in Ellös, at Hallsberg Rassy, at the same time, because they were recording this episod for the podcast.
And would I have known that I would meet Andy and Mia again just after some years... In regards me going for some offshore sailing myself?!
I was usually sailing only super short distances as crew on a 22 ft boat, around Orust island, back in those days of 2014...
Would I have known by then I would be sailing the world...?!
So many reflection.
Makes me wonder. For sure.
And makes me feel good.

Лигурия пройдёт в жарком июле и будет восхитительно расслабляющей. Знаменитые рыбацкие деревни Чикве Терры, превратившиеся в роскошные города с итальянским темпераментом и непревзойдённым чувством вкуса к красоте и еде... все это будет поражать наши взоры и радовать наши желудки. Сицилия запланирована на осень. И это не спроста! Огненная земля Этны так сильно прогревает остров и прибрежные воды, что один из самых комфортных месяцев для отдыха в Сицилии, сентябрь. Здесь у нас запланировано аж 2а яхтинга. 1-й Регата с большим флотом и судейским бортом. 2-ой Гедонистический маршрут по прибрежным винодельням. Но конечно мы пройдёмся и по вулканическим винам, для которых заберёмся «пешком» немного в гору.
