Shock your biceps for growth 💪🏻 . . . . The workout shown in the video above is a combination of 3 excercises targeting the biceps is 3 different ways. This technique is known as a shocking principle as it produces enormous stress, tension onto your biceps. The shocking principle should be done only once a month or not more than once every 3 weeks.There are several types of shocking combinations this is just one of them that can be performed easily. The shocking workouts help pressurise the muscles in a never before applied stress thereby adding to growth to the muscles making it bigger and stronger. NOTE:- The shocking principle is meant for advanced gym goers only(atleast more that 2 years) - Start with the pulley with weights set to such that you can do 10-12 repetitions in strict form - Immediately after the bicep pulls onto the pulley, move over to the E-Z bar or even a flat barbell (barbell curls) would do, set the weights such that you can do 8-10 repetitions in strict form - After the barbell curls do alternate dumbell curls, you May do 8-10 repetitions each arm, or do until failure (doing until you are unable to do any more repetitions) - A tip would be to use moderate weights for the above excercises, not too heavy not too light. By the end of the set you should feel a good pump. Вчера прошли мои первые соревнования по жиму лежа, к которым я абсолютно не готовился и выступил как говорится «за компанию». Но учитывая, что это спорт и тут оправданий быть не может я сделал все что смог на данный момент времени. Было три попытки для того чтобы показать свой лучший результат. В первой я пожал 110 кг., во второй 120 кг и в третьей (неудачной) вес 122,5 кг мне не покорился) Но я очень доволен что попробовал для себя что-то новое и теперь есть стимул совершенствовать свои результаты на следующие соревнования и уже подготовить себя целенаправленно.
