. 어복쟁반은 국물이 찐이다. 🥢1~2. 여의도 대동문 추운 겨울, 이만큼 온몸을 녹여주는 따뜻한 음식도 없다. 야채와 수육만으로도 무척이나 깔끔했던 이 어복쟁반의 국물- 술 못하는 엄마도 술이 술술 들어가게 만들었던, 깔끔했던 맛이 일품이었던 어복쟁반이었다. 나 자체가 워낙 간이 센 음식보다 슴슴한 평양냉면같은 음식을 좋아하는지라 내 입맛에 딱 맞았던 간간한 맛이었다. 야채도 무한리필, 국물도 무한리필 :) 자꾸 우려내면 우려낼수록 깊은 맛이 일품이었던 음식. . 🥢3~4. 논현동 평양면옥 대한 미국인도 반하게 만든 어복쟁반. 가득 들어있는 깻잎과 쑥갓이 그 풍미를 더하고 육수 또한 일품인 이 곳. 찾아가기 까지는 매우 빡침이......ㅎㅎ 하지만 국물 맛을 보는 순간 “요기 대박 무조건 소주각 나옵니다 레알 ㅇㅈ! 갑시당^^” 이라는 말이 나올 정도의 맛 :) 없는게 없다는 엘뤠이에도 어복쟁반은 없었으니, 교포님 매우 잘 드셨고, 우리 또한 요거 레알 ㅇㅈ 소주각이라며 코 박고 먹었다. . 대동문과 비교하자면 대동문은 그 국물맛이 매우 소박하고 우려내면 우려낼수록 깊은 맛이 고급스러워 지는 맛이라면, 평양면옥은 심심하지 않고, 풍부하며 꽤 단정한 맛! 고기의 부드러움은 평양면옥이 승! . 🥢단점이라함은 조금 비싼게 단점-! 하지만 이 비쌈 조차도 상쇄시켜 버리는 어.복.쟁.반 #요거대박무조건소주각나옵니다레알ㅇㅈ #여의도맛집 #논현동맛집 #대동문 #평양면옥 #어복쟁반 #노포 #노포맛집 #어복쟁반맛집 #블루리본서베 #블루리본맛집 #솨슐랭맛집 #솨슐랭가이드 #typicalfood #localfood #foodstagram #foodie #foodiegram

ᖇᗩᗯ ᔕᑎIᑕKEᖇᔕ ᗷᗩᖇ with gooey, healthy caramel, crunchy peanuts and topped with a dairy free chocolate layer by @elleshungry 🥜💗🍫 ⁣ 📝INGREDIENTS⁣ Base:⁣ ▪️1 cup cashews⁣ ▪️1/2 cup rolled oats⁣ ▪️1/2 cup desiccated coconut ▪️1/4 cup rice malt syrup⁣ ▪️2 TBSP peanut butter (smooth) ▪️1 tsp vanilla extract⁣ ▪️Pinch of salt⁣ .⁣ Caramel Centre:⁣ ▪️2 cups Medjool dates (20) pitted⁣ ▪️1/3 cup melted coconut oil⁣ ▪️Pinch of salt⁣ ▪️2 TBSP peanut butter (smooth) .▪️1 TBSP tahini ⁣ ▪️1 TBSP rice malt syrup⁣ ▪️1/2 cup crushed peanuts⁣ .⁣ Chocolate top layer:⁣ ▪️3 TBSP raw cacao powder⁣ ▪️3 TBSP melted coconut oil ▪️2 TBSP rice malt syrup⁣ ⁣ 👩🏻‍🍳 DIRECTIONS:⁣ --BASE⁣ 1️⃣Line square cake tin with baking paper. ⁣ 2️⃣Place all base ingredients into a food processor and pulse until well combined into a dough (if needed add a TBSP water so dough sticks together well)⁣ 3️⃣Cover and place in freezer to set⁣ ⁣ --CARAMEL⁣ 1️⃣Place dates, coconut oil and salt into food processor and blitz into a thick paste⁣ 2️⃣Add the peanut butter, tahini, rice malt syrup, salt and blend until you get a smooth, thick caramel. ⁣ 3️⃣Remove from processor and combine crushed peanuts in with a spoon or hands ⁣ 4️⃣Press down evenly over the base layer and place back in the freezer to set⁣ ⁣ --CHOCOLATE TOP LAYER⁣ 1️⃣In bowl whisk together the cacao, melted coconut oil, rice syrup and pour over the top of caramel layer ⁣ 2️⃣Place back in the freezer to set⁣ 3️⃣Once firm, cut into 16 squares and store and serve straight from the freezer!⁣

Кабачковый суп-пюре 🥒 с крутоном 0.5 кабачка (цукини) 4 картофелины 150 гр сельдерея 1 луковица 100 гр. ржаного хлеба микрозелень 5 гр паприки специи для крутона соль и перец по вкусу 2 ст. л. оливкового масла 100 мл сливок 20% жирности Хотелось назвать суп как-то уж очень по-модному, но ничего не вышло. Поэтому просто кабачковый суп. Лук очистить, нарезать и обжарить на масле в сотейнике. Добавить картофель, кабачок и сельдерей. Залить водой так, чтобы покрыть овощи и варить до готовности. Ржаной хлеб нарезать, посолить и поперчить по вкусу. Добавить специи и оливковое масло. Подсушить на сковороде. Отварные овощи разбить блендером, добавить сливки, посолить, поперчить и довести до кипения. Перед подачей украсить паприкой и микрозеленью, добавить крутон. Рулька 1 рулька (задняя часть) 200 гр филе индейки 4 зубчика чеснока Соль и перец по вкусу Тщательно натираем рулетку солью и оставляем в прохладное место на сутки. На вторые сутки сливаем воду, ещё раз втираем соль и снова на сутки в прохладное место. Отвариваем рульку и индейку в мультиварке 3,5 часа (в кастрюле на плите не менее 4 часов). Солить не надо. Слегка остуживаем, достаём кости, закладываем на их место филе индейки. Перчим, натираем чесноком, заворачиваем в ткань и кладем под пресс на сутки. Подавать буду с ломтиками сыра, листьями салата и хреном.
