"Welcome to Disney World. Where dreams come true" 🥰. . . Itu kata2 yg tertera pas masuk ke area Disney World di Orlando, Florida. Ini adalah theme park Disney terbesar dan terlengkap di dunia. Emang beneran gedeeeee banget sih...! Ada 4 parks yg bisa didatengin dan masing2 parks lengkap dgn berbagai atraksi permainan, show, dan para tokoh Disney yang ada disana-sini 😍. . . Ini kedua kalinya kita sekeluarga ke sini bareng mertua. Aku aja happy banget main2 di sini, apalagi @siennalittleexplorer yah??! 😂😂😂. Kebayang ngga sihhhh? 😄 Beneran surga buat anak kecil. Dia excited setiap saat gitu, lompat2 terus kesenengan 🤣. So cute. Hari pertama kita main Splash Mountain, roller coaster (kayak Niagara2 di Dufan). My brave girl, dia kesenengan 😂. Trus naik BarnStormer (kayak Halilintar), cuman dia lebih suka Splash Mountain krn ada efek2 basah gitu kecipratan air 😂. . . Above all, aku amazed dgn profesionalitas semua staff Disney World ini. Mulai dari yg jadi para tokoh Disney sampe penjual pop corn, semuanya friendly bangeeet. Ditanya apa aja bisa jawab. Yg paling sering ditanya: lokasi tempat, soalnya gede bgt areanya. Udh pasti nyasar2 😂. Dan mereka semua menjawab dgn senang hati, ga lupa pake senyum. Ternyata emang menurut orang yg pernah diajak tour behind the scenes-nya Disney World ttg how they operate, slogan mereka adalah: to make everyone happy. Semua "cast members" (staff) selalu berusaha membuat pengunjung happy. Mereka tau kadang pengunjung ngerasa ribet harus bawa anak ke sana-ke sini, blom lg nyasar, trus banyak orang pula, sooo.. they always try to make things easier for the visitors, lift up their mood by serving them well. So, ga ada tuh yg judes2 atau ogah2an ngelayanin customers. Semuanya kayak in happy mood gitu. Plus, semua yg dijual di sini bener2 kualitasnya bagus. Mulai dari mainan, baju, sampe makanan (baik yg di resto maupun di food carts). Enak2 bangeeeet! Impressive sih... . . Commenti negativi su Instagram: farli o tenerli per sè? ⠀ Pochi giorni fa non ho potuto fare a meno di fare un commento negativo ad un profilo con tanti K follower. Ci ho pensato su parecchio prima di pubblicarlo, perché qui su Instagram siamo sempre tutti sorrisini e occhi a cuore. ⠀ Tanto per la cronaca: l’allegra famiglia di instagrammer pubblicizzava una marca di cappotti con tanto di vera pelliccia e io mi sono sentita in dovere di esprimere il mio disappunto, ma con tanta tanta gentilezza perché non era davvero mia intenzione offendere o passare per quella che critica senza un perché. ⠀ Risultato: non solo non ho ricevuto una risposta al mio commento, ma addirittura quel commento è stato cancellato. Io ci sono rimasta molto male perché l’ho trovato un gesto meschino. Un po’ come nascondere la polvere sotto al tappeto per far vedere agli altri (compresa l’azienda che ti paga per quel post) che è sempre e comunque tutto ok. ⠀ È successa anche un’altra cosa: su un profilo di una persona che conosco ho letto dei commenti davvero poco gentili, con critiche fatte a casaccio e senza una vera motivazione sul suo lavoro e per di più scritte da un profilo fake. Non mi sono potuta trattenere dal dirgli che se uno ci tiene tanto a fare delle critiche, deve metterci la faccia, perché a farlo nascondendosi dietro ad un profilo finto è da veri codardi. Nonostante ciò quei commenti non sono stati cancellati. ⠀ Insomma sono un po’ confusa sul da farsi: evitare del tutto i commenti negativi anche quando sono costruttivi e gentili, perchè tanto qui non interessano a nessuno e si rischia solo di passare per hater? E poi, a voi è mai capitato di cancellare dei commenti sotto alle vostre foto solo perché erano contrari alle vostre idee?
