A mother's life. Today I start my day, and finally after months I go for my goal to run again! Kids ready, bike along! Running shoes on. It's raining, no problem. Yeah, the feel good moment. Yes i can! And then, my little one starts crying and screaming. Afther half an hour, yes flip mode. Mommy also screams. Really dont care if anyone who can hear us screaming. And they heard! You know, mama, don't always know what to do. I see how my little one is a bomb emotion. And honestly that's me! What a tornado! And how do we deal with with this mommy? At home I see, she rejects me. And I know she needs me. It is important in these moments not to reject yourself and the other. I tell her it's okay to scream and cry. This is how she feels. And I can reassure her. Teach her what emotion is. That it's ok ... not to feel ok. Explain to her that you can't always get your way. And Mom doesn't always know either. And honestly, how nice it would be to let go of your emotion. What would I like to scream sometimes. But once big, we put everything away. Because we have learned to behave ourselves. So today I was allowed to feel my own emotions in love. And stimulate this in my child. We won't hide it. We embrace ourselves. And with this we break through our barrier. And we embrace love in true love connections! Just lovely.
